Labrador Retrievers are know for their love of water, thanks to their webbed toes and water-resistant double coat, which make them excellent swimmers. Originally bred to help fisherman retrieve nets and catch fish. Labs have maintained their strong affinity for water and are often seen joyfully splashing around. Their playful and friendly nature has also made them the most popular dog breed in America for over 30 years.
