Return Policy

At Speak Up 4 Paws, each item is made especially for you, which means we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as ordering the wrong size. To help ensure the perfect fit, we provide a detailed sizing guide for all garments and include a friendly reminder to verify size on each product page.

What Qualifies for a Return:

  • Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items: If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. These claims will be reviewed and, if deemed an error on our part, we will cover the return costs.
  • Lost Packages: For packages lost in transit, submit a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll investigate and resolve the issue.

What Does Not Qualify for a Return:

  • Incorrect Size: Items ordered in the wrong size are not eligible for a return as they are custom-made for each customer. Please refer to our sizing guide carefully before placing your order.
  • Change of Mind: Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate returns for buyers who change their minds about their purchase.

How to Submit a Claim:

If you discover an issue with your order that qualifies for a return, please send an email to customerservice@speakup4paws.com with pictures and a detailed description of the problem. We will evaluate your claim and respond within 24 hours with next steps.

Wrong Address:

If your shipping address is incorrect or insufficient, the courier will return the package to us. You will be responsible for reshipment costs after confirming an updated address.
